CSPC is an acronym for Catholic School Parents Council. CSPC is a volunteer group of St. Brigid parents. The goal of the CSPC is ultimately to support student success at our school.
October 17th, 2023, marks the 23rd annual Child Care Worker and Early Childhood Educator Appreciation Day in Ontario. The day recognizes the commitment, hard work and dedication of Early Childhood Educators (ECEs) and people who work with young children.
We are grateful for all ECEs and Child Care workers who support our kids at St. Brigid.
The school’s nutrition program relies heavily on volunteers. If you can spare time after morning drop off to help prepare snacks with our school’s Nutrition Coordinator, it would be much appreciated. You can sign up for as many or as few days as you wish. Please fill in the volunteer form here and we will connect you with the signup.
Please also consider supporting the CSPC as an occasional parent volunteer. We need help throughout the year, and welcome everyone to share any time they are able to. There are many ways to help including: Special Event help, Pizza Day, Fun Fair Committee, Playground Committee, etc.
If you are interested in knowing more about how you can help, please fill out the Volunteer Form here.
October is a month of gratitude; a time to thank all of the people who work hard at St. Brigid’s. To show our appreciation, the CSPC set up a “thank you” Pie Bar in the staff room. Everyone on staff was invited to enjoy a slice of pie, cookies, fruit, and coffee – a small, but sweet, gesture of gratitude from our community.
The CSPC would like to thank the families who supported this day through pie and cash donations, as well as those who came out to help. Thank you also to all the kids who contributed messages of gratitude for the display!
